LIAS Mechanical was started in 1993 by Serge Lightman and has since grown to become an established HVAC and sheet metal design and installation company in the Bay Area. Prior to opening LIAS Mechanical, Serge worked in the field of construction and HVAC design for 30 years in both California and in Russia, where he received his Bachelors in HVAC Engineering.
